Emily Simmons is a teacher in our 3s program. Emily came to SJNS as a substitute teacher in the 2s, 3s, and 4s classes, then in the spring of 2026, she took on a permanent role as a teacher in the 2s class. Emily is originally from upstate New York and moved to New Rochelle in 2015 to attend Iona University. She graduated in 2019, receiving a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, and began working as a nanny in the Larchmont/Mamaroneck area. Emily has always loved working with children and is looking forward to a fantastic year full of learning, growing, and fun at SJNS! In her free time, Emily enjoys spending time outdoors, reading, traveling, visiting friends and family, and attending concerts.
